LSPDFR 0.4.6 API Update
Apologies as this wasn't initially documented: PedSwitchedWeaponAnimated event - Fired when the player switches weapon using the new holster/unholster animation in LSPDFR 0.4.6 This might be useful for plugins that wish to use SET_PED_DRAWABLE_VARIATION to change the player model so that their weapon appears as holstered or unholstered. The event is fired at the precise point in the animation when the switch happens (either from null to a weapon or from a weapon to null).

Coastal Callouts now released
Introducing Coastal Callouts by @PNWParksFan for LSPDFR, now finally available after a whopping three years of development. Let your co-pilot take the controls as you jump out of a rescue chopper into the raging seas, call in cargo planes to air-drop equipment and respond to over a dozen new calls with nearly infinite variations. Bursting at the seams with a massive cache of new planes, boats and helicopters, it's undoubtedly the biggest mod ever created for LSPDFR.

It doesn't need approved, I think @PNWParksFan just isn't ready to publish it yet.

Are you still having this problem? I've looked into it but can't see anything wrong.

LSPDFR 0.4.6 & LML - Now available!
It's not a glitch, it's just a limitation of the game. The two animations we use were made by Rockstar for scripted sequences in two missions for the default police cruisers. We cannot change this and there's only very little we can adjust without it looking even weirder.

LSPDFR 0.4.6 & LML - Now available!
There's a setting for it, be sure to check the Wiki as we do we keep it updated with every release: https://www.lcpdfr.com/wiki/lspdfr/04/features/settings/ I suppose we could add this, one of the cool things about our work on 0.4 is that things like this can be shared between NPCs and the player quite easily, like the taking hold of suspects for example. We wanted to see how it'd work first, but if people like it then we can definitely try it with NPCs too. Same goes for the holstering animations and such. I'm not sure what you mean, as other than writing reports it sounds like all of this is already in LSPDFR. You can arrest someone, set them on the ground and call for a prisoner transport unit. The transport unit will arrive and take hold of them and lead them away. I don't think you should need to use any other plugins to detain people in your car.

LSPDFR 0.4.6 & LML - Now available!
We try to keep LSPDFR as closely aligned to the original game (and its updates), so that people have the option to customize it and their games to their liking. I understand that there's a lot of choice out there and perhaps it's not as easy as it should be to add in and remove other things like cars, but this is something we're trying to help with too by releasing the public beta of LML which we think will be a big help and make modding that much easier.

LSPDFR 0.4.6 & LML - Now available!
I explained on the first page here that it's just two new animations we added, it doesn't change anything else. If you are using CopHolster, you might want to disable the LSPDFR one using the settings provided. As above, it's just an animation. It will not change anything else. Holsters and whether or not they have a gun in them are controlled by player model drawables, not animations.

LSPDFR 0.4.6 & LML - Now available!
They are just animations that play when you switch to a pistol/switch back to being unarmed.

LSPDFR 0.4.6 & LML - Now available!
Paramedics in LSPDFR will treat people with animations and such. Has been like that since LSPDFR 0.4. They will even remove dead people from cars to revive them and such.

It might override the animations. It might not, I honestly couldn't tell you. It won't override anything else, and there is a setting to disable it which will be documented shortly with the full release notes.

Today we've released a minor feature update for LSPDFR, and the Public Beta of Lenny's Mod Loader. LSPDFR 0.4.6 adds a couple of hotly requested features to LSPDFR, including the ability to call the fire department, beautiful new animated sequences for detaining suspects in police cruisers, and a little bit more yet. LSPDFR 0.4.6 & LML - Now available!
It might be Christmas Eve (at least over here) but that's not stopped us from clutching pretty big-time to release a minor feature update for LSPDFR 0.4, and the first public release of LML - just in time for Christmas! LSPDFR 0.4.6 adds a couple of new features, with an emphasis on improving the detention of arrested suspects: New animated sequences for detaining suspects in police vehicles. Improvements to holding and dragging suspects, including the ability to run with full animation support. New backup options for calling the fire department. Firefighters will respond and extinguish any fires in the area. New, slick animations for drawing and holstering sidearms that don't interfere with your character's upper body. Extended support for using Online freemode characters in agency and backup configurations. New configurations have been added to the vanilla data files in 0.4.6 adding new outfits from The Diamond Casino Heist update. Other miscellaneous fixes and enhancements. In other news, the initial public release of Lenny's Mod Loader - an innovative at-runtime mod loading solution by @LMS - is also here. Previously available as Early Access to our supporters on Patreon, LML is now available to all as a Public Beta. Lenny's Mod Loader: Information and download: https://www.lcpdfr.com/lml/index/ LML Forums: https://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/forum/926-lennys-mod-loader-support/ LSPDFR 0.4.6: Download and release notes: https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/7792-lspd-first-response Release Highlights: https://www.lcpdfr.com/lspdfr/04/highlights/ From all of the team, Happy Christmas. We hope you enjoy your goodies! Sam. If you are having problems with LSPDFR 0.4.6, please do not post about them in this topic, but use the support forums instead. Before you do, though, read through this topic: https://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/89691-read-will-save-your-time-common-issues-fixes-and-bugs/ There are a lot of fixes for common problems in there.

Where's it gone ?

LSPDFR Snowman coming soon by popular demand!- LSPDFR 0.4.4 - Now available!
Just wanted to follow up on this quickly. We did have the update ready to go today, although a new feature managed to creep its way in and needs just a little more time.- LSPDFR 0.4.4 - Now available!
Just to clarify, you should be able to play LSPDFR as things stand, as long as you are using the latest version of LSPDFR (0.4.5) and the RAGE Plugin Hook (1.74), available here: https://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx?Category=1 Honestly no idea what the status of other mods is, but RPH + LSPDFR on its own should be fine at the moment. We will update LSPDFR tomorrow with some additional fixes and changes.- LSPDFR 0.4.4 - Now available!
We've become aware of some changes/additions to GTA V in the latest update which have broken a couple of things. We are working on another minor update for LSPDFR which will address these issues, and an update for the RAGE Plugin Hook (which also fixes some issues) is already available here: https://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx?Category=1- Introducing our new Patreon Page
Not sure how this happened but I've gone and manually set the roles for you, so hopefully everything's back to normal. - Where's it gone ?
