Right click installer.....hit Run As administrator. theres another way around it but this is the easiest, btw.....caps do nothing but hurt my ears

1) ELS has that issue....I describe that issue here and on GPM, its has to do with each light being components and those spawn randomly 2) looks like the devs need to get back to you on your other issue
