  6. the players see the cars they have, not what you have, see my 1 hour video and austin5000000 for an example on youtube. all you need is the mod, the game, and some one to play with
  7. ELS is weird like that, change the toggle siren key to like X or something, and it will stay on, the keys just change to something else so it doesnt change on or off or patterns while running a name

you can save it to a different location, and drag and drop to the scripts folder, just means your computers's files dont like being messed with. lengthy way to change the setting, but i'll post a video on it in a bit
  17. it happens, hit the ~ key, and type reloadscripts, go back on duty
  18. livery is a fancy way of saying paint job. some cars in game have different paint options, its like having 1 car thats 4 cars. you can change it in game using SNT, under car options, theres an option under there (4 colums of text total) i think it's under the second menu ( use num 6 to get to the second set of options) Set car livery and you can change it from there
  19. Yes eric, open up the menu, open options, look on the text on the right
  20. Actually there IS a way eric, and in RL you can have an AM/FM turned on in your patrol car, but at low level... here's what you do, go to your gta install location default is c:/program files(x86)/rockstar games/ gta iv (OR EFLC if installed)/ common/data if you have the STEAM version c:/program files(x86)/steam/steamapps/common/GTAiv (i think) /common/data find vehicles.ide, open in notepad, find the police cars you wish to enable the radio in and see a line like so police, police, car, POLICE, POLICE, VEH@STD, VEH@STD_RI1, 100, 999, 0.2345, 0.2345, 0.2, 2, 1.0 ,1, ext_requi+ext_strong+livery Change the red word to TAXI or something else, AM/FM radio is now active for that police car. you might have to save it non your desktop first then drag and drop into that folder. you also might wanna back up the orginal just in case
  21. most cheap hunks of junk can run just fine on a basic OEM PSU...but the reallyyy good shit needs some extra power
  22. I did this for months on end on GPM....before they became *@$^!'s
  23. The only way that i have seen to fix this..is a total reinstall of the game, it's a pain in the ass...i know...but its the only way
