I found Backup isnt called when that happens it could be just the cars on the road

It could be any number of reasons.... 1) your game has used up all its resources with mods 2) bad car mods 3) leaky memory 4) computer sucks

ugh.....Google Xliveless....extract xlive.dll from that file, put it in your gta folder...run launchgtaiv as admin if you are on vista or higher

No you can just have EFLC. So you are fine. You might have a screwed up save game or a bad car mod if any. annddd looking at your dumb DAMN BOY WTF DID YOU EAT?!

thats due to big ass cars..if you have modded cars thats the problem

Could it be that 1) you arent running in admin mode? or 2) You need xlive? could that be a possibility? or maybe 3) you didnt bother to update your game
