what files do you remove exactly when it runs?

Any one else have it? thoughts on it? IMO, the controls suck, and the driving engine is a 3/10, I have more control in GTA than I do on this, even on the PS2 game NFS:HP 2 I had better control

Then why does it happen to some? If the games are basically alike, other than the mods? then the ones having this issue are possibly pirated?

Simple Here's the laymen's term answer, because a script mod could NOT possibly have anything to do with a GRAPHICAL MALFUNCTION

its not the mods fault, its probably a GTA memory leak and it cant load every thing right

my guess is you only downloaded and installed 090F, try patching with the hotfix PS GTA IV - Version: 1, 0, 7, 0

ELS.ini TOGGLESIRENS change the number, keys are located BELOW all the important shit..or you could rebind the horn to another key like MMB

I tried that other mod...I didn't have that scanner effect, are you sure its not added in after the fact it was recorded considering all the effect i hear are like 3 times GTA volume? and what do you mean....INDEPENDENCE RADIO? that's a radio station for the civ cars...though i know how to bypass it and run it in a cop car...

only els cars, sirens are extra aswell..you need ELS to run ELS cars

It happens, I noticed that when i tried to install it in my EFLC, and changed the path name, it defaulted to EFLC\LCPD FIRST RESPONSE, just take the files in there and put them in your EFLC folder ^_^

You can play GTAIV and EFLC on PC with a 360 controller, but for LCPDFR commands you need to dual work a 360 controller + the keyboard

you probably installed it in the default location which is GTAIV, or it defaulted to LCPD FIRST RESPONSE folder within the EFLC folder

its fine, not every one knows how to fix it....I just happen to get that once in a great while myself
