however...my new(er) PC had integrated ATI specs, assuming it would run better than my laptop, it was actually worse, I threw in a 300watt PSU, then a Nvida card in, works great! you can see the difference in my older GTA vids and my stuff after my EVOC video

My old box could have NEVER run IV, pent 3....512mb ram MAXED OUT crappy on board gfx and no option to upgrade as it had no PCIe slots and it was running XP pro

0.95 RC2, I have had noose issue's on GTAIV, but not EFLC:TBoGT both are running 0.95 RC2 but different car mods. every time i hit noose in GTAIV, i hit an SMPA 60 (error with save or vehicle) I render those to either a bad save file, which i found out the hard way by saving with a modded car outside a safe house, or i get a crap car mod which i have before

Nice...you know....you just gave me an idea for a new video.....multiplayer.....IVdashcam mods in every one's game....every one records their game play.....some one on a teamspeak client recording the chatter...using TS as the "radio" system, ....send all clips to an editor....either me (pending I'm in it) or who ever does better editing work, I will say this openly, I am not the best editor, but I can hold my own...switch between cam's (all in dash view obviously) during the chase, and blank out what ever ones 10-50 (that's traffic collision in my local area)...maybe have a split screen....the Wild video was done all in single player, and using the same car, just a different overlay number for the "dash cam" which was added after recording

recorded October 12 2010.....released....DECEMBER 2010 took me 3 months to get the voices, edit them, insert in the right places, get the radio effects in the right place it was hell....but I got it done! and this new video I am working on will be a tad neater with more "car hit cam fizzle" effects The only viable way i see this type of coms during MP...is have the guys record their game play....and have some one recording a teamspeak convo

Yes that too, but some people want the dash cam only in "dashview" and not 3rd person

You could use SpeedoIV, and use a special config for it to fit it over the radar map, it's more a traditional speedometer like in your car that you drive

that is odd.....second person to have the same thing with running as admin, ummm best thing i can think of, is try a reboot for the system, then run the installer as administrator...or you may have an incomplete download

All the dispatcher will do is repeat what the officer calling out the chase says after they call out for more units to assist and acknowledge the units responding, sooooo just reading from a script basically. that's interesting....i changed my pw between my vanishing and returning periods, so mine wouldn't, perhaps you 1) need an update, and or 2) perhaps changed your pw to your live at one point in the past and maybe forgot?
