Noose has issues on my GTAIV, but in EFLC it works fine, I dont have the same cars in the games but still that an oddity for me. So i'm gonna bet that you have a modded noose vehicle that is casuing an SMPA60 error

You might have an older version...~coughsknowingyouprobablydo~ the newer versions have an option under the Movies section to record from external mic, screen shot of your version layout might help

There is a way..you have to trick the game into thinking its not a cop car but still act like one. You need to go into your vehicle.ide (open in notepad, located in GTAIV or EFLC folders in programfiles (x86) rockstar games common) and find your cop car(s), should be a line like "police, police, car, POLICE, POLICE, VEH@STD, VEH@STD_RI1, 100, 999, 0.2345, 0.2345, 0.2,2, 1.0 ,1, ext_requi+ext_strong+livery" Change the red to any other civillan vehicle like TAXI or something, this will enable all radio stations in the vehicle

Depends on the car maker. Usually they are all the same, but i have made a map of one once before untill that thread vanished with me last year

you could, there are lots of ways to open and change the textures, personally i use photoshop

you could have started a 10-38a (traffic stop for my area) or a chase....or ran around running people over.....btw, real police work is 80% sitting on your rear end on a slow day

f11 should be noose backup if im not mistaken....try a new set of noose cars and see what happens

I believe there is a folder in your documents that is also called Rockstar Games, this should be in the "documents" or the "my documents" folder in the rockstar games folder, go to the GTAIV folder and User music folder, if there isn't a user music folder, make one, place the MP3 files in there and you should beable to play those songs on the independence FM station in civillan cars

Yes it does go red, though i was in a pursuit at the time, i think its red over 30

does the crash yeild an error code? such as SMPA60? do you have any modified vehicles?

right click your gtaiv launcher/shortcut, hit run as administrator

Right click installer, run as administratior, try that
