  4. MODERATOR NOTICE This does not apply to LCPDFR 1.0 - see this topic:'?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> instead. This is a topic on how to read your diagnostic report, every solution is googlable If most everything under EFLC or GTAIV Version says false, please see note 2 at bottom BEGIN *SIGNED* LCPD First Response Issue Report Diagnostics Tool Version: 0.4.3 Operating system: This line contains system info System RAM (GB): This line contains system info CPU cores: This line contains system info NET Framework 4.0 installed: False You need to install .Net Framework 4 Standalone Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable installed: False You need to install C++ 2010 x86 GTA IV - Installed: True GTA IV - Install folder: C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV GTA IV - Version: 1, 0, 0, 0 Anything below 1.0.7.0 or 1.1.2.0 is not recommended, update to patch 7 or EFLC(Do not download unless you have eflc) patch 2 GTA IV - Asi loader installed: True This is installed with LCPDFR, this should be fine IF for what ever reason this displays FALSE please see the bottom of this post! GTA IV - Asi loader: XLiveLess IF this displays nothing, see bottom of post GTA IV - Asi loader valid: true GTA IV - C++ ScriptHook installed: True These next few lines are also installed with LCPDFR, these should be valid and fine GTA IV - C++ ScriptHook valid: True GTA IV - C++ ScriptHook version: 0, 5, 1, 0 GTA IV - ScriptHookDotNet installed: True GTA IV - ScriptHookDotNet valid: True End of *SIGNED* LCPD First Response Issue Report Digital signature: rpTnvUUrheyxWkfb/pWDNQ== If your ASI loader installed displays as false and ASI loader appears blank, Please check your GTAIV folder OR your EFLC folder(if you are using EFLC/TBoGT/TLaD) for Dsound.dll and Xlive.dll, If Both are present please remove from the folder (this option reccomended first) or delete Xlive.dll, try the game, if fails, replace Xlive.dll, and remove Dsound.dll Note 2: If you are using EFLC and you scanned EFLC for problems, and most the items say false, re-run the installer and when it asks you where to install it, you know where it says "C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV" it should be highlighted, change "Grand Theft Auto IV" to "EFLC" no quotes. If your GTAIV or EFLC is installed in a different location, find it and use the file path to install LCPDFR in the proper location. Usually this diagnostic tool will tell you where it has found the install path in this line GTA IV - Install folder: C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV or EFLC - Install folder: C:Program FilesRockstar GamesEFLC
  5. GTA IV - Version: 1, 0, 0, 0 UPDATE Update to 1.0.7.0 I haven't downloaded it since 0.90
  6. did you save the file to your desktop or are you running when you download?
  7. Running as admin refers to right clicking and run as administrator
  8. Really? It always has for me when i had to use Xlive
  9. Xliveless will not cause this Tom even using it would allow you to open up the panel using the Home key just not allow you to sign in to it
  10. sounds like you might need to reinstall GFWL then
  11. Are you speaking for the Xbox 360 version? or the PC version....GFWL technically is Xbox Live
  12. If he installs Trainer, the keybindings eff up, if he removes trainer, they restore, I am pretty sure there's an issue between trainer and LCPDFR
  13. Xlive is not part of the game maybe? All xlive does is load the mods, and disables GFWL
  14. that's odd.... So tom I was on the right track
  15. It might be a conflict with ELS then...I think the defaults for some keys were ALT N and ALT T for ELS, I don't remember, I cant locate ELS v6 that i had
  16. give me a few moments to work this out...im running off trainer 6.2......shows how long i have been missing Are you sure this line in your INI KeyBindingsDisabled=0 //Key Bindings (except menu keys) disabled on startup is set to KeyBindingsDisabled=1 //Key Bindings (except menu keys) disabled on startup ?
  17. i noticed, but i laid it out in a shorter way, still people used it, and I also corrected Eric who said you can't
  18. are you running the installer as administrator by right clicking the installer and hit run as administrator, is your GTAIV game up to date?
  19. check the ELS key configs in els.ini they should be JKL UIO alt+m and i think a select few might conflict with LCPDFR you'll have to check
  20. may need to reboot your system, and try it again
  21. did you save it? Try to disable keys through the menu in the options then, if that fails, you have something else conflicting, what other mods are you using?
  22. after removing the second one, everything works right?
  23. does it just crash to the GTAIV has stopped working....or does it give you an error code such as SMPA60, usually a crash after loading is an issue with a save game
