one....don't thread jack...two lcpdfr is a MOD for a Game, you need gtaiv or eflc to play the mod Bobby: so you don't have lcpdfr installed correctly, or you didnt install i, and it looks like you might have two asi loaders inyour gta folders, do you have more than one dsound.dll or an Xlive.dll with dsound.dll in your gta directories?

No it doesn't, Hardware is different than mod. You are asking for options on a upgrades/computers. LCPDFR support is meant for issues relating to the mod, NOT your computer picking problems

You should really learn to read posts before reiterating the same issue. Polmav has no weapons, little bird has rockets, annihilator has mini gun, use the mouse to shoot, Left click

SpeedoIV is a good one, umm ELS has one if you turn it on but only works in cars you turn ELS on in, Snipers dashcam mod has one

you can always change the keybindings to make it work with out a numpad....or you can be lazy and go buy a USB numpad from bestbuy or something

It also all depends on your graphics power. EXAMPLES all examples below all used the same values for delay ((you'll have to change the quality or just go to youtube and see em)) This is my Laptop...poor gfx power this is my desktop before upgrade
