are you running the game as administrator? right click the shortcut for gtaiv and click run as administrator and run the diagnostic tool as admin aswell

odd.....have you used an other mod's scripthook files?

no just go to the common->data folder in your iv or eflc install, locate vehicles.ide, open in notepad, locate the cars, add +livery at the end of the line example police, police, car, POLICE, POLICE, VEH@STD, VEH@STD_RI1, 100, 999, 0.2345, 0.2345, 0.2, 2, 1.0 ,1, ext_requi+ext_strong+livery And save, if you get an access denied error there's a way to fix it, but i'll give ya that secret if you have that problem

No problem. There once was a fix to turn those off with in a certain distance of your squad...els fix...made by....DRUM ROLL...the same guys that made LCPDFR!!!! dunno what has become of it...but i have v1 of it

Just download the installer and run it, it should overwrite the existing install of .net

It appears to me, your scripthook and scripthook.net are failing to load properly as you are missing the log files. Are you sure you have the full profile of the .net framework and proper C++2010?

And you misunderstood me AHLING023, you do not have to delete anything. I installed 095rc2 just fine over my 090 with out deleting anything, as well as all the previous versions. If you install a newer version it will ask you "Do you want to over write the version I am detecting? Yes no cancel" Also if you just delete the LCPDFR folder, the main script will still be there. Do you even have any concept of where things are? Where scripts that mods need are? How to troubleshoot? I have watched you give poor information since my return to LCPDFR.com

The lights are probably the ELS lights. as they are considered EXTRA PARTS in the game, they randomly spawn on AI's

how sure are you it's ELS...could it be a bad car? could it be there are too many cars with ELS?

You can, but then your save games won't be read, Xlive redirects the save games to another location, so you might have to start over, but use Dsound.dll if you wanna play online

Xlive.dll disables GFWL problem solved :P
