As for authority, it could depend on the state and circumstances And also is the police all government funded or is it private funded aswell? All police departments are usually state funded, BUT some can use city/town ordinance tickets to pull in money to fund the city/town budget just wondered since the policecar design is so different from state to state and city to city. Don't listen to Ahling, Deleting LCPDFR in your gtaiv/eflc folders WILL NOT correct this, What version of .net framework do you have in your computer? Did you install the 64 bit or the 32 bit (x86) version? Also..have you tried the 0.95 version? I'm gonna bet that the .net is the wrong type or that 0.91 no longer supports crime stats

ELS siren are seperate from the main, you cannot have the main car siren running and try to toggle them, you can either have the MANU (manual aka, standard game siren toggle) or have the els one on, though cars will not move for it. try this, do not turn on the 'G' siren, and just use your ELS toggle siren key

try a reinstall of this http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5555 as for the asi loader, try this

dont use / on the numpad, thats LCPDFR non els lighting modes els.ini is the file with ELS and a cog on a paper icon, change the toggle siren key line

well to see if it is the save that is causing the issue, you might just want to remove it from the save location usually in c:usersyouappdatalocalrockstar gamesgtaivsavegames warning, this path way has a hidden folder, you should just go to your start menu, type run in search, hit the RUN program, and type %appdata% to open the appdata folder

just delete Xlive.dll and Dsound.dll, reinstalling the lcpdfr mod should correct the outta date ASI loaders

I told you running flag....DO NOT THREAD JACK make your own thread, second, you must BUY gtaiv or EFLC, third, DOWN LOAD THE MOD..... Bobby: delete those files, and reinstall LCPDFR and leave xliveless unchecked in the instal process

go to where you gta folder is, USUALLY it's in your hard drive folder (under the computer option in your start menu, listed as C: ) program files (x86) ((if you do not have this folder, try program files)) rockstar games, Grand theft auto IV OR EFLC and look through the files there to look for those, A reinstall would correct the no lcpdfr issue but running the installer as admin, Right click and run as administrator. an idea occurs that you delete the xlive's and dsound's from the gta folders, and reinstall lcpdfr and do not check xliveless when you install it
