well here's the problem with ELS....you didnt install any ELS CARS, there for the bar wiggs out since the ELS spawns and despawns parts enb has always been a little glitchy (IMO) with 1070 you might have to remove all mods, and reinstall the game to restore the game. In the future, you might wanna make a copy of the GTA folder and place it else where if you have the 16 gigs to spare

Did you put in ELS cars? or did you keep the stock cars? But the game runs?

Yea, long as the guys here don't mind, they did make it....and you'll have to change the keys to one of the keys ELS lists the codes for...as I said..i cannot for the life of me remember what keys 219 and 218 are and I can't find it online. I'll get it up sometime today

regular back up is a random selection between POLICE and POLICE 2. The police boat, the two stockades, the two helis, and FIB are not used NOOSE and Polpat are only called in when you request NOOSE back up, FIB never, Polmav with heli back up, never seen the boats come after people....

the game is rated M....for you know..18 and up? I don't think kids should be playing this type of beat em up, shoot em up game that has drug related issues etc etc

first try a reboot of the system, if that fails, try playing offline on the social club. MMA10 refers to a problem with R*'s servers

No there isnt. the ELS lights are considered extra parts, so they spawn randomly, there used to be a fix about 2 years ago called ELSfix....Dunno where that went and it was made by G17 that "turned off the lights" of near by squads. I have v1 of it but i cannot for the life of me figure out what key on the keyboard is 219 and 218....

hrm...try to put in the org car file, no new texture, just the car you put in there with the default textures

Sooooo this has nothing to do with LCPDFR so you posted it in LCPDFR support? Probably because you put an incompatible texture on a different model

if you're using Dsound as an asi loader: start menu, search RUN, open up the file that says run type %appdata% hit enter, local, rockstar games, gtaiv, savegames Xlive.dll: Documents, rockstar games, GTAIV, savegames

it takes me 17 hours to DL 5gb....you can either one, spring for fiberoptic internet...which i doubt as most people here are under 18 and living with their parents (jus saying)
