you need the 32 bit version....because GTAIV is a 32 bit game, I tried this with only 64 bit one, yes it found it, no it did not work.

Did you turn on Police 3 and 4 ON in the els.ini? by default they are off if i remember right

FAULTING MODULE: ELS.ASI big clue....right there as a response the ELS cause a fault in the GTAIV.exe, causing a coding clash which caused the executable to crash....

I find that really hard to believe that it's not working..either you didn't go to the right cdimages or you aren't going to the right one...tell me....what car is listed on the top of the cdimages you are going to?

Because you went to the Tlad CDImages by the looks of it, look at the side menu, there are 3 CDimages for EFLC, main, TBoGT, and TLaD. On the side bar.....scroll SLOWLY down to the first PC->Models->cdimages Also....do note..you posted in LCPDFR support....Cars are not considered to be LCPDFR related

Yes, in both your program files And your Documents folder, there is one in that folder aswell
