I think it might be this one file called mvcr100.dll in system32 files, that file has issues with these things and causes files to go nuts in IV..it's happened to me before....just a guess

da fuq O.o thats odd...but c++2010 will return as installed if you have the 64 bit version installed, because GTAIV is a 32 bit game you need to have the 32 version (x86)

well....most of those need to be fixed in order to use LCPDFR Run the lcpdfr installer, it should install the latest scripthooks and asi loader, uncheck dsound and check xliveless, also, besure your gta is updated to 1070 as the tool cannot detect your version also, besure you have the right C++ 2010 x86
