Ever thought about making this "Oregon Week" a pack instead of a one-by-one download? Kinda spamming the downloads with a single file uploads while its theme is the same to actually be uploaded as a pack.

This design is just too "in your face" type. You are using too many ideas at once. Its good to use multiple ideas, but not crush them all together like this. It just does not look well. San Andreas Police, Blaine County Police, City of Los Santos Police, State Police. You keep making the same mistake from your previous skins. Start from scratch again, try not to replicate anything of your past designs or ideas. Move away from your comfort zone. Stick to one idea and stay with it. Using more is hurting you. Also, if you ONLY made the skin and DID NOT make the model, DO NOT REUPLOAD IT. Just link the model and give credit to the creator of it.

Sloppy? Yes, you were terribly sloppy. There are so many images out there of CPD models yet you failed to make your skins as close as the real ones. Seems like all you did was make a quick skin and release. This could really take me 1 hour to make IF I did not wanna put time or effort on it. As someone who lives in Chicago, these are quite horrible. 1/5. 1 for getting the colors right.

If its not your model, you do not re-upload. Its best to link the model download instead. All you did was change the skin.

"Beta" skins do not exist. You take time to do a skin well the first time and then release. This skin seems quite poorly made. Looks like you used a paint brush to make the line and any font you saw "fit". Take time and focus on quality. Same goes for your "NYPD" skin. And if this is a model, where are the credits?

I think the screenshots would look better if the images were taken during the day light like you did for the heli.

The pushbar on the Tahoe doesn't seem to be sized correctly and the lights on it are a bit lower than it should be when compared to this image. Also, I feel the front Feniex Cobra looks too big on the Charger.

NYPD doesn't use numbers on the roof of the vehicle, or have the number or PCT in the rear. Highway patrol only goes on the side rear, not on the hood. You forgot NYPD on the hood, and those plate are not the accurate ones. Your lines are off, sizing is off, positioning is off. Did you even look at an NYPD FPIU image? 1/5. Take this as constructive criticism. Learn from this and do better next time.

Did you make the car models? Because I see no credits of them here or inside the pack. Only credits for the peds. Remember you cannot upload any models if they aren't yours; and if they are yours, you must give proper credits.

Being that Opt and I made the original skins for the model, I feel that ours had more time and effort placed in them. xD Your font is wrong, wrong flag used, sizing is wrong, positioning is wrong, seems like you just ripped some text and pasted it. Horrible. If you were trying to rip, at least try better than to make it easily notable. If you were using my skin or Opt's skin as a reference, please try harder to copy off someone who took time and effort to get these skins as accurate as possible to the real thing. 1/5. Being that your motto is "Quality textures", I believe you should work more on your alignments and "resizing" for other models.

​I create skins in packs and release them in a timely manner without cluttering the download section with my uploads. I work harder, smarter, push for QUALITY in my skins, not QUANTITY of how many I upload. Tip: At least wait 24 hours before uploading again so other people's uploads are seen also.
