Im sorry to say this, but this was poorly done. Your allignment is off (text and decals). As for the "911 Emergency", you copied and pasted it. It would look much better if you would've typed on it instead of pasting an image. The rear text needs to be a different color rather than yellow and you need to make it larger. The rear is also missing the black area of CVPI. And you are missing the plates. 1/5.

Always keep in mind the model you use with your skins. Some CVPIs have the door guards and others don't. Making your text on the side look weird when placed over it. Not bad at all though. Keep it up! -

I think that rear of the Taurus looks so off compared to the rest. Either add it to all or don't add it to non. 4/5

These are good (I did a full pack myself as well), but just one thing to note, either you used a smaller font or a different font than the one actually used by CPD. Other than that, they are good.

I too will give you a 3/5. Some seemed too quickly made. This is a great idea you came up with but put a bit more time and effort in it. As for the credits, I usually just write the name of the model owner. Ex: Models by Cj24, EVI, NickieB... ect ect.

I apologize for not editing the "Read Me". But the models are gone due to GTA Modding Chest shutdown. These models have not been reuploaded anywhere else. Anyone who does have them are lucky to do so. Everyone else is sadly out of luck.

Thanks, but actually, as of 2013 they do. The Charger is used in the Traffic Division; but not in large numbers. Since Chicago makes Ford PI and PI Utility, its cheaper to buy more of them than Chargers.

I decided to make a full pack for every vehicle used by CPD, also, because of the new series Chicago P.D. which about 50% of the scenes are recorded by neighborhood. If you installed ELS then you don't need anything else. It only says that on the vehicle because ELS is required for its lights. It is not to be installed with vehicle as well.

Are you models set to "default_config" or "default_config1" as the error states?

Did you copy and paste the "ELS" Folder? Because you need that folder for it to find the "default_config" file.

Hey LCPDFR community, I am doing a bit of research on a project for my English 101 class. It is about privilege; specifically, educational privilege. Now... I feel ok posting this here and asking the community about their own opinions. (Please answer maturely, as this topic could get a little bit out of hand). So, what are your opinions? Is education in the US a earned or unearned privilege? Why? OR, if you live in another country, is it as well over there or different? Personally, I believe here in the US, education is an unearned privilege. You can get free public education. We don't do anything to get an education here. Thanks :) - RK
