Coastal Callouts SUPPORT Thread

You either didn't update wardrobe.ini, or you aren't on the matching version of EUP.

I've gone through the installation process multiple times and am experiencing the same issue.
I noticed the readme states version 8.1, does that mean it doesn't support version 8.2 of EUP?

EDIT: And of course after hours, minutes after I post I fix it. For version 8.2 of EUP you must use the provided eup beta 9.3 files. I'd suggest maybe updating the readme to clarify this for people.

Thanks for the heads up, I use the beta version of EUP so I didn't realize the public release had updated to 8.2. Will fix the configs in the next update.

Most likely bad configuration data for Ambulance. Note the previous log entry "[WARN] Invalid vehicle or ped data for Ambulance". It will also display a help box informing the user about the issue. So @Jakub0408 your ambulance agency seems to have missing/bad entries for its peds or vehicles.

Is there any way I could fix that?

We have no idea what files you are using or modified, so I would recommend double checking that any changes you made are fine or ideally revert to officially supplied files only.

Please do not PM me unless really necessary (knowing you helps). If you think you need my attention in a topic, tag me.

Hi, I have been playing coastal callouts v2.3 and v3.0 now with no issues until today, Sept. 2 2021. Steam forced my GTA V to update to 2372 so I installed newest RPH and ScripthookV to support it. NO OTHER MODS/PLUGINS installed. I use a separate game folder ONLY for coastal callouts. When I load LSPDFR via console, it loads fine. When I type forceduty, it will attempt and then stop at this very exact line and game crashes to desktop.

I 'bought' EUP 9.3 via Patreon which resolved it, I guess it was just a misconfiguration. Thanks.

- Rockstar launcher closes when launching the game, game doesn't open because of this, with or without RPH, when Coastal Callouts is installed.

- Crashed to desktop.

- Happens every time I try loading GTA, even after multiple clean game folders & reinstalls.

Spoiler
  • Have you read README.txt, and double-checked it at least twice? Yes.
  • Did you watch the installation tutorial video? Yes.
  • Have you installed a compatible gameconfig.xml file? If so, link to the gameconfig you installed.
  • Have you installed a HeapAdjuster mod? If so, link to which one you installed. https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heap-limit-adjuster-600-mb-of-heap
  • If you are on the Cayo Perico update or later, have you removed CScenarioPoint-Patch.asi from your GTA V folder? Never had it installed.
  • Did you install the OpenIV.asi from OpenIV? Yes.
  • What game version are you on? 2372.
  • What version of RagePluginHook and LSPDFR do you have installed? RPH - 1.87 // LSPDFR - 0.4.9
  • Have you installed Lenny's Mod Loader? If so, have you tested it with any other mods, and did it work? Installed w/ LML, on a clean folder.
  • What version of LML do you have installed? Right-click on "ModManager.Core.dll" in your GTA V folder and check the version. 0.4.7875.29751
  • Upload a copy of the following files from your GTA V main folder:
  • RagePluginHook.log
  • vfs.log
  • modmanager.log
  • Upload a screenshot of your GTA V/Plugins/LSPDFR folder.
  • Upload a screenshot of your main GTA V folder.
  • Upload a screenshot of your GTA V/lml folder, and your GTA V/lml/downloader folder (if you installed the LML package with the mod manager)
  • Describe your problem in detail. Explain what you have already tried to solve the problem. Essentially, coastal callouts is stopping GTA V from even launching, whenever launching the game with or without RPH & with coastal callouts installed, the rockstar games launcher closes before the game can even start running. Tried reinstalling multiple times, on clean folders too.

It looks like you do not have the Heap Limit Adjuster or the Weapon Limits Adjuster installed.

Make sure you have both installed directly in your main GTA folder.

Hello evryone,

First of all, your mod is AWSOME, thank you.

I have a question, is your mod can be played out of LSPDFR mod ? Like, in story mods ?

I love the hoist and the basket on the helicopter, that was AWSOME.

thanks

Hi, thank you. The script only works in LSPDFR. You can use the vehicles without the script, but all the custom functionality requires LSPDFR to be running.

Hello Parks. Excellent job you did with this mod. I truly LOVE IT!!! I wanted ask for a helping hand with one of your assets, specifically the RBS boat (model name rbs2) from the FiveM resources repository. Currently, I am helping getting this asset working on the servers of a FiveM community called Southern County Roleplay (we're a community that's just recently starting up) as I'm interested in using it for my subdivision (I'm currently the coordinator for BCSO's wildlife subdivision), but I noticed that the emergency lights and sirens of the RBS don't work properly. By this I mean that you can't turn on the emergency lights using the emergency lights keybind (Q on keyboard and D-Pad Left on Xbox controller) which in turn doesn't let you use the siren (Left Alt for main siren, Up Arrow for additional siren, or R to change siren tone on keyboard | D-Pad Down for main siren, D-Pad Up for additional siren, or B Button (or PlayStation equivalent) to change siren tone on Xbox controller), and the horn used is a default car horn instead of the horn for emergency vehicles. Instead, I noticed that any of the aforementioned keybinds either do nothing or instead activate the car radio (Q for keyboard and D-Pad Left for Xbox Controller) and the emergency lights are tied to the horn keybind like on SP GTA V. I'm assuming that I must change something on either the carcols.meta or the vehicles.meta in order for the RBS to work the way I'm intending it to, but I have no idea what it is. Any help would be much appreciated. I'm also including a small snippet of what I'm describing it and comparing it to the Defender Boat made by Rylan Givens so you can get a clear picture of the issue at hand. I hope to hear from you and that you have a wonderful evening ^_^

P.S. : I also wanted to say that the link for the vehicle templates in the Coastal Callouts Customization Guide seems to have restricted access in Google Drive and requests that I sent a request for access. I don't know if you locked the templates because you're doing work on them or if the link is outdated, but I wished to let you know

It sounds like you are using some kind of custom siren control script. This is a non-ELS vehicle and so by default you turn on the lights using the horn button (E on the keyboard). I am not sure what might be going on with your installation, and I don't use FiveM personally so I can't really tell you what to do there. It all works as expected in singleplayer. That said, the boats will not have siren sounds unless you have added a script to do that, because GTA does not support boat sirens by default.

I did see your request for the templates file and have fixed the sharing link, please try again.

Thank you for your reply Parks. I will be sitting down with the other devs to see what script we're using to control the sirens and lights on the server for our non-ELS vehicles. I have a suspicion that it might be because it doesn't have FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICES in the vehicles.meta which I did notice that Rylan Givens' Defender boat has on its vehicles.meta. I'll definitely be checking in again here if I find a solution in case you wish to add it to the docs found in the FiveM repository. I also checked the link for the vehicle templates in the modding guide and can confirm that it now works as intended. Again, thank you very much for your reply and keep up the good work!

Do you think you can make a fiveM ressource only with the hoist ?
