im having the same issues with the ASI manger not updating in OPENIV. does any one know if there is a way around it?

I tried to deleted my mods folder but gta still wont load. I think it has something to do with OPENIV?

Rockstar doesn't care and doesn't like the modding community. Somehow They treat it as a threat.

They even hardened the game with anti modding algorithm which becomes the main reason why your LSPDFR game performance (FPS) drops dramatically.

The thing is if it’s the online world they want, there is the gaming platforms for that. I mean it isn’t the money they’re losing out on this because we all know in order to mod gta v is to have a legitimate copy and we all had to pay for it. So I don’t understand why they don’t like the modding.  Plus there are those that do play GTA V online on the PC as well, I’m not to sure if that makes them money if everyone plays online. But I think it’s fun doing traffic stops, responding to emergencies, getting into shootouts and if you get killed, the game starts over with you coming out of the hospital and you can continue on your shift, 10-8

has the E button or right click on D pad controller / crash issue.. been fixed yet? They took down the news bulletin, not sure if they release the issue...

Good news, looks like the OpenIV Team found the source cause for this bug!

I'm new to LSPDFR. Does this mean that every time there's a new update, LSPDFR, Rage, ScripthookV, OpenIV, and each plugin need to be updated? I can run my game, force duty, and then it instantly crashes. Any help?

Yes with the updated RHP down load it and it will work

the new RHP i downloaded and extracted few days, makes the game crash when you press E or right on D pad--controller..

So you're saying that they released another RHP update that specifically fixed the E button or D pad issue that made the game crash?

What update.rpf folder should I download if I don’t use EUP and am still stuck on loading?

It is at this location: update/update.rpf

Copy and paste that to the same location but in the mods folder. That will make it updated, but remove any mods you have in there. They will need to be re-added.
 

@UnknownBastion is it better to wait for the new lspdfr ? I have many keys to change and adapt , useless that I start working on it now, maybe tomorrow the new lspdfr comes out and the keys files are written to me again ? also because the cars of the vanilla still pop up , while in the dlc I installed the custom cars , this problem from what it is derived ? the new updates have overwritten the modified vehicles_meta , before resetting them better wait and see if they fix everything ?

Can some one tell me what I did wrong, I down loaded arrest manager but the CTR -H button doesn’t work. That is the window that should open up to either call the coroner or a tow truck

Everything works as it should but my game keeps crashing which is kind of annoying. I've reinstalled the mod and the plugins multiple times.
Some weird noise comes and the game crashes. 

I really do not know why and I'm getting tired of restarting my game over and over again.

I updated the RPF and was able to load the game but when I hit E the game crashed. I use LSPDFR+. Do I need to wait for all of those plugins to be updated before I can use them in-game?

You need to install the updated version of RHP. I had the same issues until RHP was updated, when I loaded that new version it worked fine.

Was there just an update, December 18th? I’m seeing an update today but there isn’t a new change log from the build few days ago and I can’t remember the previous build number, but this one seems like it could be the same.

Is this RPH, i know that LSPDFR 0.4.5 was gonna do a small update to it to fix some issues maybe RPH did another small update for some fixes.  It looks like RPHDid an update to a newer version from the last one. One is dated 12/13 the other one is dated 12/14  the 12/13 version is no longer available.

I updated the included RPH version and we will release a smaller update with some new content in a few days.

It's because, LSPDFR+ and Computer+ are not currently supported with LSPDFR 0.4.4 or above.
