Ugh!  Disregard, I found out how.  This is the 2nd post where I found out how to fix it the day after posting.  I try to change this and that and nothing is working then after I post, one more thing pops into my head to try and what do you know, it worked.  Well, anyway.
 
For those who might not know, go into the PD and go to Locker and select whatever agency you want and select Confirm to save. 
 
For those who are saying, We'll gee JB that was pretty obvious, how did you not know that? Are you stupid?  Are you a moron?  Are you from Sandy Shores? 🤔Maybe,  Well I sometimes go into the PD to go on and off duty, the other half of the time I do force duty.  I even forgot what the other 2 options are(Locker and Garage).  I always selected a uniform through EUP because I like those a bit more than LSPDFRs.  So I wouldn't go in the locker.  I didn't go into the Garage because I would just spawn my vehicles because my add ons weren't in the garage.  Until I found just recently how to put add ons in the garage.  So I guess I'll be using the garage more.  So, I'm good here for now. 

I'm aware that there are many callouts that offer investigations such as homicide and petrol gas thefts etc. but I think that it would be absolutely amazing to incorporate more in-depth callouts that would take some time to complete. Sort of LA Noir style investigations. There's a murder and you have to question people and take leads etc. Essentially a LS Noir Callouts mod where you can take the role of a Traffic Detective, or Arson, etc. (I don't remember all of the roles in LA Noir)

it may be time consuming but is extremely worth it. You could also just download eup configurations.

A&E lost 50% of their audience because they went woke. Kind of a slap in the face to the fans of the show and LEOs that were apart of it. Sad to see it gone but not surprised with the culture today. Now when you turn on A&E they play storage wars eps for 8 hours straight lol. Fuck A&E

You need to install the updated version of RHP. I had the same issues until RHP was updated, when I loaded that new version it worked fine.
 

This is such a common problem and yet no fix or help. This forum is so dead. Anyone feel free to help me out and if I get it fixed I'll make a YouTube tutorial.

I'm having the same issue. I also cannot open the ELS control panel. Whenever I hit ctrl M it just sends ambulances... Need help here. I can't get any of the lights to work.
