    having the exact same problems, no mods and have checked i'm using the correct ragehook and lspdfr versions. driving me crazy, i just think lspdfr is broken for now ;-;

    Do you have Script Hook installed? if so you should temporarily remove it until the new script hook version is released for the latest rage hook version as script hook is currently causing problems on launch.
