The Annihilator seems pretty accurate for DHS's helicopter of that model. For the Buzzard (and swift), the same style could work, or something similar to other DHS-based liveries that have been released. A Few examples below.

Made another Alderney skin, this time for the Firetruck V1.4 by Lt. Caine of course. Another full release or no?

TBH I prefer Lt.Caine's/yours LCPD liveries. Or maybe I just got used to them :)

I did prefer mine & Lt. Caine's liveries for sure, but the continuity across so many models with Abraxas' pack makes for a compromise. I do admittedly miss the font type seen on the cruiser from my model. might change it up later.

 

My home computer's IP is STILL blocked from trying to download LCPDFR last Saturday, so no new screenshots for a bit. I think I have a problem if I look like a bot :/

From what I hear, it's mapped much like the original cars for IV, as in not very detailed. I haven't checked it out myself yet.

Yea, you are correct. I opened the file up and it's just like GTAIV's police livery. It's a single .png with all the model's decals close together. However, I heard from Skyline that he might release a mapped version of the 2nd Generation Stanier, that way we will be able to create full textures for it.
