There is literally nothing different from the original other than the wheels. Once the project is complete with this I may release it. Until then, you'll have to wait.

The LibEl livery is now available on the first post of this thread, where I made some other updates as well.

 

It is also going to be available when you download Abraxas' amazing Coroner/METT mod as a livery for the Liberty City, with lightbar Speedo.

It is BOVRILware's model, just made some minor updates to it. The license plate wasn't mapped so it's just one livery. I can upload it like the LibEl model and have it on the first post if you want.

If you can, that would be nice. I don't actually use different numbered liveries (and plates), but I do use a different plate for Alderney cops if I can.

I think I know what you're saying. Keep the stripe off of the wheel arches.

More on this in the coming weeks, though I have quite a lot going on in my life at the moment as I've taken a new job! Building a new computer this summer...
