@SoarHawk i agree, i`m trying to setup Law Enforcement Jurisdiction Script so each sector has unique cars and bikes, and i`m tired of searching the files with open iv, now i can map the file locations and replace the default cars...

0.4.1 just installed, i have checked the lspdfr default keys ini and all entries are disabled accept for Q,

  however upon trying to activate sirens and stage 3 with my controller Dpadleft it opens up the computer and disables ELS completely? Anyone have a clue what`s going on...

Check you have ScriptHookV installed, ELS works fine for me.

Got some work on Road Signs at Hollywood Hills area.
The blank field is that because i dind't find a proper real place for it YET.

search for lspd and make sure that position x, y and z is 0
i tested the oiv in clean game, works correct

I realized that i have to fix Apple BIllboard and now it's have proper height and updated advertisiment.
