This thread is one of the unkillables. 

I consider myself as a reformed brony. I really don't like being associated with the community anymore.

 

Majority of the community around the fandom itself not only creeps me out, but consists of egoistic douchebags and illiterate people whom possibly have an extra chromosome. I've experienced this first hand being a moderator for their "lovely", official, Equestria Daily Group Chat on Steam. The amount of bullshit that went around there, and far beyond is unbelievable. Of course, all communities do have their seedy sides but I don't know if any of them are as bad as the brony fandom or furry.

 

No, I'm not saying all bronies are bad, there are great ones that I know. Majority I have come in contact though have been really negative.

A "brony" is the name given to male fans of the TV show "My Little Pony", this is a thread devoted to finding out who else watches that show. According to some of my brony friends, there is quite a lot of adult humour involved in the show and that's why it appeals to them.

A name typically given to the male viewers/fans of the My Little Pony show or franchise. They typically do not give in to the hype that males aren't allowed to enjoy things that may be intended for females.
