Got the new Ragehook and scripthookv but when I try to start it I get populating game worlds etc. Then it says loaded LSPDFR and won't go past that. Any suggestions?

I didn’t think ScripthookV was updated yet. Your scripthook is probbalt the culprit. 

This was after I installed the new scripthook v. Before that I couldn't even get this far. I guess I will have to remove everything and start from scratch Thanks anyway.

I've got same problem, the game is still loading and nothing happens.

I don't think that reinstalling everything will solve the problem.

There is (in my opinion) problem with compatibility with new Rage Plugin Hook or Scripthook.

Any news or help Guys?

ScriptHookV has indeed updated, it was two days ago.

I have also a problem with launch "normal" GTA, without RPH, the game is loading and afterwards crashing to desktop.

I've checked the integrity of files and nothing helps.

Any ideas?

Make sure the update.rpf within your mods folder has been updated.

 

Also go into OpenIV and click "edit mode".  See if it says anything about updating.

Kallus - I've totally forgot to "update" OpenIV.
Now everything works like a charm.

I'm having the same problem you were, and I can't seem to fix it. What do you mean by "updating" OpenIV?

Yeah, I had this problem before, it's mostly known as the "infinite loading screen". Here's my post with some options to try. 

 

ULTIMATELY, I had to launch OpenIV, click "Edit Mode" and if a green notification about a Title Update appears, go ahead and update it. Hope this helps. :)

 

I've done everything and it crashes at the load screen now smh

Well, I do have to add that there's an existing problem for a lot of people relating to crashes when loading RPH plugins or "Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus", so I guess that's to be continued until a solution is found.

mine says the scripthook is causing the error

Eamick, just open your OPEN IV and click "edit" button on the right, afterwards the Open IV will ask you if it can update, because of the game update.

Remember that it will overwrite your update.rph file

Yeah i saw that as well, but even with this new update it allows me to launch game which is a next step, before it would not even let me launch, but now when i load a plugin associated with script hook, game freezes, goes blue, and get a script hook v not responding error in task manager, it dont seem to be 100% fixed yet. Im able to run every mod with a crash here and there with lspdfr which is normal, but since hook is still having problems i cant get skins or vechicle skins yet, it sucks.

I updated Open IV and update.rpf and I can play the game with all my modded cars and the mod folder intact. Unfortunately The Rage Plugin still doesn't work ;(. I keep getting a scripthookV error.

Looks like I just needed to update ScriptHookVDotNet and Simple Trainer. Fixed it right up.
