There's also this road (see picture) in west Algonquin, which is a one way street, yet it's coded so that traffic behaves like it's a regular street. It can be fun to pull over people for this.

There's also a few in the Broker Navy Yard that seem to do that, where the pedestrian light is opposite what the traffic light shows and cars go by the ped light.

a funny thing too is that there is not a single bus (besides the scriptet car chases in the missions) driving around the hole city in the vanilla game.. well on FIA i saw one but not in regular traffic in the city...which is funny cause they are parked all over the city. What happend to the bus drivers? Maybe a bus driver eating virus? xD
