i downloaded some police car mods form this site and only the tale lights flash none of the stobes to they just stay steady on is there a mod i need to installl to get this lights to flash or somthing i need to do i need help asap

This is a common bug with ELS that happens to everyone from time to time.

 

In OpenIV, go to ASI Manager and uninstall ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI and then click install again to reinstall them. Next, restart your PC, and try loading into the game again.

you can look for asi under the tool section in openiv . That tool bar is locate underneath the address bar 

i tried that i did nothing im not very happy at all 

i unstalled both of them and i did nothing is there a mod i need or somthing 

 

No I've been around awhile and this is first time for me it's ela and new update scripthookv somewhere in those 3 something isn't working it's not ask I've tried that 10 times

do you hear the els beeps when activating light stages?

no i did not here no beeps how do i activate that and if i dont here then how do o fix it i really want my lights to flash

 

did you put the vcf files where they belong?

do they come with the mods

 

Yes you you can make wks bff or use the pack default if you change from pack default go to els.ini change the destination

its fixed i need the els mod

 

I'm having very similar issues by the sounds of things, the ui works and allows me to select the stages but the'extras' aren't showing, coronas from the lights in for example the nypd pack show though, I'll try uninstalling Asi loader but it hasn't helped so far
