I had to stop using LSPDFR altogether. While playing GTA online I received a ban for 30 days, so no more mods for me. :(

You can't have any mods installed when playing GTA Online, including LSPDFR. If R*'s anti-cheat system detects any files that aren't supposed to be in your game directory, they will likely ban you.  Either way, this is off-topic. 

This doesn't surprise me too much. Security is very much an after thought for these types of modification.

If you would like the bootstrapper error to go away and continue using FiveReborn via Direct Connect as Albo said, do the following.

Make a new Text Document within your FiveReborn folder & name it "FiveReborn.exe.dev" Thanks @Prophet & Kaner.

Just updating here to say that the FiveReborn developers have reportedly fixed this issue in their latest patch - although, of course, this cannot be said with absolute certainty.

It is likely a similar exploit is currently out there or being looked into, however. I therefore heartily recommend to keep taking the above guidelines into consideration. Better safe than sorry!
