As mentioned before, it seems like quite a few users are affected by this. I haven't noticed any decrease in FPS whilst playing LSPDFR, but I know that there are countermeasures in place.

happened to me to a while ago I solved it by reinstalling every plugin after another. Or the problem is that you need a new gameconfig.xml because you have to much modified cars which your game might not be able to handle and then loose 30 fps or your game just crashes.

Oh my god some people..... did any of you actually bother reading the OP before deciding you knew the answer because the title said low FPS?

@DCP1293 I don't think there is any solution for this until maybe LSPDFR 0.4. Either LSPDFR 0.31 has some dodgy code, that RPH changes have now made more noticeable, or RPH broke something, but in a way that only seems to affect LSPDFR. My money's on the first one since all of the non-FPS symptoms existed in the past, but have gotten progressively worse with each RPH update, I guess as RPH gets more and more optimized and LSPDFR gets more and more cobwebs.

I had a similar problem, had to go for a completely clean install, haven't had the problem since.
