In your vehicles.meta file, use "CTRL+F" to find "FLAG_BIG". Delete every "FLAG_BIG" you see and make sure you leave no space between the other flags and the angle brackets. All trucks, buses, and large vehicles that normally won't move over will now yield when you have lights and sirens on.

Looks like a handling.meta/vehicles.meta issue. Some cars dive more/less (sports cars/SUV's), and you may just have the wrong handling line in. Try following this and experimenting:

Make sure you installed the .xml for the car. 

They all work fine for 0.45. 
Albo's mods may get updated someday, but like I said, they still work.
PNWParksFan still updates when he can.
Bejo has a killswitch in his plugins.

I also had the same issue, I bought an SSD - same issue! 
 
I found that sometimes unloading lspdfr in ragehook instantly restores the textures, I also found that adding the following line into the lspdfr ini helped (didnt resolve it completely though) - Main.PreloadAllModels = false
 
again none f this has fully resolved the issue but seems to delay it happening.
 
For me this only happens in the city, out in county it never happens which I thought was weird.
 
I also found some cool 2k texture packs instead of 4k as thought that might be an issue.

@baker1986 @FreeHandFrog078 @ROK305 I am in the process of completely redoing how this mod is installed and maintained. In the future, it will be installed through an OIV package. In addition, I'll be making a video on how to edit files yourself if you don't want to wait for me. Don't hold your breath. The only way i can stop the crashing is to remove all LSPDFR plugins (all the plugins im using are supposed to be compatible with 0.3) its really frustrating as with the previous version I had 0 crashes

Damn that sucks.But yeah it wont take long.Some bull&*t though.I don`t even think script hooks are the issue cause everything that runs on the scripts wont work online.That is the way the script was made.Not to work online.The hackers are using those` EXE trainers like Lingons`s.I used that +12 trainer he came out with the second day of release online and went nuts.I only went into Death match once to see if it worked.And it did so i left. I`m not like those guys using super speed and invincibility going 75 and 2 in a 20 min game. This is why we can`t have nice things.I did however rob every liqueur store in the state of SA in 30 min.That was kinda fun.  hopefully its fixed soon .
