Well, since Cockstar decided to be Cockstar and release a surprise update at 3AM, my game is no longer working so I'm currently getting it back to where it was yesterday. I should be ready to go this weekend but with that being said, don't expect any news until probably Saturday.

The update didn't fuck anything for me? I updated but it didn't fuck me over.

I apparently updated too lol but nothing changed for me.

So update on my game situation, I've managed to launch my game once which was on RPH 47. I've also cleaned out my directory for RPH 46 and I'm copying over some default files I found. I refuse to use RPH 47 because of personal stability issues I've had in the past. I was hoping to make 3-4 NMSP cars this weekend but I'm probably gonna spend it fixing my game which will in turn push back the NMSP release. I was hoping to have it ready for release on Christmas but that's not looking good. Let's be real here, I'll probably never finish those cars anyhow.

No, I base my cars off the real thing so I won't be able to do that.

NMSP has officially been scrapped. I've spent too much time this past week trying to fix my game so it's time to move onto another project. Details will be coming in the next few days.

The NMSP cars will be released at some point depending on when I get my game working but they won't be converted to ELS right away.

Update to my game: My game now works on the latest patch, I didn't loose any data involving the NMSP pack whatsoever so I'm going to continue this project. My next project will start once ELS releases.

I'm calling the NMSP pack complete. Release should be sometime this week after I'm able to make sure the installer works properly. Next project will once again be New Mexico based but will be a city police department.
