Heydiho fellow modders, I just wanted to step in here and ask whether there is need for an unlocked '08 Chevrolet Suburban. So far I have only seen the '15 model, so forgive me if an '08 is already floating around here... 

Anyway, I have just made one for GTA V to use as base for an armored Suburban with gatling gun, as I couldn't find any mod which I was able to edit.

Some info regarding the model:

-Includes full detailed exterior and interior with modelled doorsills (not just a "plain" connection between bodyshell and chassis)

-Undercarriage and engine modelled

-All standard lights working

-Steering wheel and dials working

-Dials and buttons illuminated at night

-Bulletholes and glass shatter

-Dirt mapped

-Mapped bodyshell (this woud have to be edited for liveries though, as the template doesn't make use of the whoel UV map. It'd need to be scaled up)

-Includes L0 and L1 ONLY (+wheel meshes for L2/L3)

-2 version: One standard version and one for wiper support

 

Didn't want to up the unlocked version at gta5-mods, but if there's interest in it, let me know. 

I'm not one for Suburbans, but I'm sure a lot of others would enjoy it quite a bit.

I'm making something with a Tahoe that would probably be much more suited to a suburban, so yes, i'd say there'd be an interest!

Definitely wouldn't mind seeing an unmarked LAPD Suburban or even a marked one, really tired of the 2015 model.

I'm definitely up for an LASD/LAPD, @SkylineGTRFreak, if you plan on making an LAPDLASD version, message me the template and i'll make the skins.

Sounds good, I will upload it later today. But first I'll make a proper UV map for it. 

Also, I don't have much knowledge regarding lightbars, equipment and stuff, so I actually wanted to leave those modifications to you. But if someone points me in the right direction I could try and make a marked one.

I'd let the Community make the Marked Version(s). It would be like a 'Buyers' Market. More Variety as well, I think.
