I keep getting an ERROR Code 16, which is an incomplete installation error of social club.

The only problem is I am on steam and I am on v617, I wish to stay on v617 as it is quite stable.

could anyone link me to a social club installer that won't screw my game over thats for steam?

Hey, I'm trying to stay on 678v of the game and avoid downloading but it gives me the same error right now(ERROR code 16) 

I downloaded that socialclub update you posted and still nothing. I'm trying to play in offline mode so GTAV doesn't update itself.

Edit: Awesome! it works. You need to remove your social club and install that one

Thanks for the link; this gave me so much hope. After reverting the necessary files, uninstalling the new version of Social Club and installing this, I was able to get LSPDFR to launch via RPH and load pretty much all of the plugins, but met CTD near the very end.

Update: on the second go round, the game loaded and I'm successfully cruising the streets of Blaine County. Thanks again!

I seem to have the Rockstar/Social Club files installed to three locations. can anyone help me determine which one is correct?. The first is in Documents. the second is in ProgramFiles and the third is in programfiles(86) which is where my steam directory is.

 

Edit: verified steam cache and issue is fixed.

so i try these verified steam cache and still getting the same error trying to do by the link every one as posted but nothing happen then i get other error msg ?

i just verified steam cache and i got these from steam ????????????
