    Hey, I'm trying to stay on 678v of the game and avoid downloading but it gives me the same error right now(ERROR code 16) I downloaded that socialclub update you posted and still nothing. I'm trying to play in offline mode so GTAV doesn't update itself. Edit: Awesome! it works. You need to remove your social club and install that one
