Hello,

I have an issue with pursuits and backup. When im in a pursuit or requesting backup, (or even responding to request for backup) the cops will not engage in anything. The police will spawn in the game but, will not drive, All they do is sit in the road or wherever they spawn with their lights and siren and just sit there. They only unit that i know of that has joined into the pursuit with me and has actually chased the suspect is the police bike. As far as i know no other units will chase (cant remember about helicopter.) Im not exactly sure what is going on

what mods are you using and post your ragehook log (or post a link from pastebin would be recommended) for people who are smart, like @Kal74, to look at and see what the problem may be..

I've seen this happen. It usually only happens after playing for quite a while. The problem persists even if you unload LSPDFR, and affects vehicles that aren't part of LSPDFR too. I think it might just be a bug with RPH or GTA V. Only solution I know of is to restart the game.

***UPDATE***

The police cars spawn in game, and they only move like an inch and then hit the brakes. They do it repeatedly even if i get close to them, they dont stop. Could this be an issue with a vehicles.meta or carvaritaions.meta file?

sounds like a native issue in one of your scripts as the native that would cause that would be if the script sets police ignore you to true value which would make the police not even bother with you and would cause them to hit the brakes and not even move more than a inch around you. one question do you use a trainer and if so which one do you use as just curious to find out what script could be causing that issue.

Actually, right now i am doing a fresh install but, i was using the enhanced trainer and that could have been an issue. I might at some point have toggled the Ignore player and it has just saved with that setting on every time i boot up. If the issue still persists after this install i will let you know. Wish you could have posted like 10 min ago! lol

I know I wasn't checking lcpdfr.com 10 minutes ago lol.

at least you know that for future times now incase you run into the same issue.
