    Yes here is my copy of advancedhook.dll please download it and use it and see if it fixes things for you.
    AdvancedHook.zip it is in a zip file to save space so please unzip it and see if it fixes your problem.
    also your main problem is you must have 0.95 advancedhook.dll instead of 1.0 advancedhook.dll(as per the common fixes cannot remember the whole name but is pinned to the support requests forum) which says you have 0.95 dll(advancedhook.dll) left over which won't help you as you need 1.0 version of advancedhook.dll.
    but anyway the zip file I have attached is the correct dll for 1.0 taken out of my own 1.0 install.
    so please use it instead and delete your old dll(only advancedhook.dll the old one only) and this should solve your problem.
