You should be able to spawn the car with those files. You may want to edit them otherwise you wont be able to Spawn SUB98's Ford LTD

have now inserted under mp christmas 2, and level the vehicles in game I make the console on and give a spawn chpcvpi always comes invalid commands in which policeold 3 the same

Should be able to, theres an option "spawn vehicles by name"

use the trainer and spawn cars  all works .. chpvpi nothing

ok  its works have copy that to patchday5  and ads works fine
