I know why rocks used 10 needles rims. Because all you need to create rims. Is to model 1\4 of it and then simply mirror geometry. First 1/4 to 1 half, then 1 half to full rim. Hope you  guys can understand what im saying.

cvc32.jpg.e5a91dff500079bb68a1a5d9e424bb

I have an idea hot to make it absolutly match and make 9 needles instead of 10. So as we know rims it's a absolutley precise and symetrical things. Thus we need to understand how it was build from geometric point of view. Im dumb enough to look for opposite symetry, in other words components that placed in 180deg  for possible ability to split to parts for reducing manual labor and better understand where to start.  Original rims have half symetry but can not be split to to 4 pieces as it's starting from Y and end as U.

  aly3497.jpg.1f9cad8dd1c7d07c5c9934afd32b

So what i'm going to do with it? How much Y things in 180deg? 4,5. That means each Y needle (180\4,5=40)placed exactly every 40deg. Athough my rimms have 5 Y things which is mean that it's placed every 36deg. So i'm just rotate first segment relative to center by 4* then second segment by 8*(36+4+36+4) and so on. Of course in the end i will get the gap. But this space is so small (only 4*) so i just weld vertices on closest intersection, then i need to delete one last Y segment right in middle of U thing. There is a small gap equal to 2* and that correct because when i mirror another half i will get 4* gap on last segment of the rim which is equal to all previous gaps.ALY03225U.thumb.jpg.fe14853fd8ff3219b64f

Now i just weld last verices and whole 9 niddle rim is ready.

After that im gonna do the same as before - edit one segment with precise numeric actions, rotate to 40 deg and do it again until last segment. And finnaly i finnish the rim. So lets do it.

To be honest, I think that would be fine enough, even if it isn't 100% accurate.  You know that the rest of the car model isn't going to be 100% accurate either.  But everything is pretty damn close!

Almost?  You really do strive for perfection.

if it's possible to improve right now in working procces why not to do that?))) And btw i stated that before and say it again this is my favorite american car so i do my best. And Solo can i ask you to find more pictures of the front seats, it yould be greate if you find blue prints, i think  i need to try to model it. But don't worry car will be released with that rims today in both variants dark and light interiors.

What year seats are you looking for?  You can safely say you are modeling a 2003-2004 model with these alloy wheels.  So that's what I'll give you, for now.  It could also qualify as a 2005 model with those wheels, but in 2005, that was the only year that the AM/FM radio antenna was placed on the rear fender instead of in the rear window glass.  Just one year ONLY for an external AM/FM antenna.

Leather:

You can see how the last year, 2011, had huge front headrests (below.)  But the rest of the seat remains the same.  2003-2010 headrests all look like the photograph above.

Solo, i think we aimig for 2003.

After i take look at 2011 interior... Yeah... I can clearly see agony, for shure 1999-2004 was a best years for that car.

And now finnal version of the wheels i really like this

charlie, i'm working in photoshop how do you think i can possibly work with textures? In the paint? Hahahaha!  I already told what is the problem with picking correct tone, read previous messages carefully. And what do you mean by "maps"?

I was sure that you use map, but i cant know that you had already try to change the color in Photoshop. I dont know if you have already test with this methods, but when i'm not happy of the result of one color i test severals tint with small squarres, you see ? And the maps are the "template" ?

Aaaa you speaking about pallete(палитра) but this doesn't work on seats as it;s used small tile texture. Of course i can create model of pallete but my imagination is weak, i can't image how things will be looking.

Palette, may be an other term :) you just take the bench parts on the pallete and try other colors on photoshop. You have already the squarre on the map/pallete. Just see how is the color in photoshop, and after in Zmodeler with the different filters. if it looks good, try in open IV and in the game. The advantage to create severals colors is that you see wich one is the better in the game and it's fast too.

So you havent need to create one palette, you crop one or duplicate the layer in photoshop and make select square and change ne value of the color.

@55charlie you describing all that i already know.

Well, here is the results panel looks diffrent depending on weather and time. I tried to find golden middle

and about the rims, i think they look a little bit wierd or it's just me nitpicking myself... Don't know.

ALY03225U.thumb.jpg.d2b880e21806e09f6450

@sub68 The color seems good for the dash board. The bench are too light (for me on the picturs). But i know it's hard to have the goods colors with all effects apply in the game.

For the wheel, the radius seems be more bigger than before but the center should be more big too ? Ive make a montage in under that you understand what i try to explain. the blue filter is the Zmodeler screen, the other is the original wheel.

hm... I think it's about thickness of Y segments. I need to make them more thicker. All construction seems weak. And don't forget about diffrent angle of view between photo and screen

The dash looks more of like the grey color, where as the seats look like more of the tan color interior offered with these cars.

The wheels look absolutely wunderbar, though! :D

now i'm gonna implement hd reflection mirrors and try to fix some issues with tyres and of course port everything into previous gray colored interior.

btw i want this thing too)))

Just telling you about the seats.  There were three interior colors offered.  Black, tan, and grey.

then what the hell is this special order? I really don't understand. Gray dash beige or tan as you said color of seats and doors. Whats the problem or you speaking about tone of the color isn't correct?
