Acctualy i would like to announce, now i know how to make some specific extras to spawn at one time, So in futher updates everything from pushbumpers to the spotlights will be extras.

Yes 

That is most likely a Police Interceptor with the Street Appearance Package.  It features the same suspension and other features that all Police vehicles do, with a bit more chrome to "fool" the public into thinking that it's just Grandpa on his way back from the Doctor.

this is just their standard unmarked/slicktop/gang/swat etc unit. all basicly the same with some variations.

and btw that picture was taken during a LAPD standoff not a traffic stop.
