Editing Xbox 360 Controller buttons for PC

Featured Replies

I'm using an official Xbox 360 controller to play GTA, but only for driving and switch to the keyboard + mouse for when I'm not driving.

I want to edit some of the buttons, such as remapping the horn button from the left stick to the D-PAD up.

Any ideas on how I can accomplish this?

I was under the impression you could change them in the game settings. would seem stupid not to be able to when it has full controller support.

I have found no way to do it as of yet, if you go into the settings it only shows you the controls, and you can switch between like 4-5 preset options for different styles of play. Being able to remap the buttons I think is impossible but IDK as I have no idea on how it all works with the controller and stuff. And for some reason Xpadder wont register inside GTA V
