New update?

Featured Replies

Now that ScriptHookV and RPH have been updated, do LSPDFR and plugins (Police Radio, Callouts...) work with these new versions? I can't test it myself for now but I wanna know.

  • Yeah the new update was coming out this week... didn't think it was going to be now. This means i need to re-do my mods folder =/

  • For a mods folder you basically do, considering they change the update folder, x64 folder and the .rpf files, depending on what they added. that's how it's been for me, if i don't redo it then my game

I tried, I crashed without even going ingame. Someone knows what we have to substitute? what folder? This is getting annoying, Rockstar and their stupid unwanted online content.

Just done, I'm aware of needing to substitute Rage and Scripthook I'm a veteran in this. The gta 5 crash panel appears so must be some file.

My game crashes right after the GTAV Launcher pops up. Wondering if it has anything to do with Plugins or just RAGE itself. I will have to dive into my directory and see if I can come up with anything on my own. If not, then I will have to wait for Rage to come up with something.

I think it's the files in the mod folder.

Tell me what you discover because I don't want to put all the mods again, it will take 3 hours.

I tried removing the mod folder and starting the game, the same crash occurs, so it's not the mods folder, there's something else. No plugins at moment of crash.

Using openIV....I took the STOCK update folder, went into it and copied the update.rpf, and pasted it in my mods folder, in the same location, and I'm totally fine....the update.rpf (for me anyway didnt contain any changes) plus, if your mod folder has an older update.rpf file, it's gonna crash because the game knows it's out dated.

If I confused anyone with what I wrote send me a message, I'll be glad to make a youtube video or skype or something :)

I did a clean install of GTA V after I tried to update just ragehook and scrip (game kept crashing). I can use LSPDFR after the clean install, so it had to be one of the mods. It works fine now with no mods. I'm going to reinstall one by one to find the culprit(s).

Bare in mind, the scripts (mods) haven't been updated to work with the new RPH/ScriptHokV and the new game update......little more time give the creators some time :)

No doubt. I've got nothing but time tonight, though.

I am doing a fresh install. I don't exactly know why but Steam wouldn't update ANYTHING. I am going to see what I can come up with. Would something like a graphics enhancer have anything to do with the game crashing?

yea update visualV which was updated recently on gta5mods site

This could be an issue with the Steam version of the game. I'm currently having no issues (apart from Albo's mods) with the plugins on the retail/physical copy of GTA V. I'd open a topic on the RagePluginHook forums as they may need to fix something up with the 0.29 version.

If you want to me reply as soon as possible, then either quote or @CouthInk4  me as i'll be notified, a general reply will not notify me
