Boy....0.4.6?! Already. Wow. I've been out since mid 2018 after a job lay off and a computer crash. Happy to say I'm back with a new build and sadly, had to rebuild LSPDFR from ground zero, which really is a blessing since there's SO much new stuff. Last I played, we were hawking the forums here asking for so much of what is now a reality for LSPDFR. Todays the first test since re-installing everything. So much progress has been made it seems, that's amazing.
Guess it's time to figure out key-bidings all over again.....lol!

I recently finally upgraded to the latest patches and such (still have a backup) but I obviously had to like all, re-install EUP. Everythings good but the officer, officer+1 and sgt patches don't show when I'm making my officer. I stupidly over-wrote the trainer settings so I have to start fresh with tatoos and outfits no worries. But the higher ranks on the collars show as normal, its just the patches. I've uninstalled and re-installed no to avail.
 
Has anyone experienced this and if so, a fix? Or is this a bug?

Ultra or Very High I think, doesn't HAVE to be ultra.

Rage developers as well as ScriptHookV developers are actively working on updating their programs to work with the latest updates.
 
Bare in mind they have a lot of work to do as they don't want to just rush a fix, and then everyone is flipping out that the new RPH is crashing all the time. Did you by chance backup your last game before Rockstar issued the update?
 
 

If you used the backup tool within RagePluginHook it should automatically revert you to the previous version of the game which is .944 and enabling you to play. Always backup, always, lol.

I usually have 3 copies of the game myself. 1 Vanilla copy with nothing but the stock files, 1 with the most recently stable (for me) copy with all mods and 1 with the latest updates for everything.
 

You'll need to remove the patchday14ng and mpspecialraces folders in the 'updates' folder if reverting didn't do it for you. Once everything (RPH, ScriptHook etc) are updated if you're using steam just verify the game cache and it'll redownload the 2 missing update files. 
 
Should fix your problem.

Update: currently waiting for some other plugins (BetterEMS, CustomBackup, new RPH, my other plugins etc.) to get their updates released. This is not something I have control over for the most part. The full release will wait until that satisfactorily happens to ensure proper functionality - once it does I can pack everything up for a release. Apologies for the delay.

Sorry, there is no way to help unless you backed up your previous game version via RPH. I can't send you my backup because it's not allowed, so the only thing you can do is wait. Sorry man.
 
If you did backup your game version beforehand, you can simply replace the steam_api64.dll with an older one (google "steam_api64.dll"), but if you didn't, there is nothing to be done.

They recently started putting the Explorers on the street assuming replacing any aging vehicle most likely the CVPIs cause I still see new Caprices, Tahoes on the street, mostly the GSP and Turnpike patrols. However I have seen a couple at the local station in my area. Got to look at one at a recent firecall, they're setup really nice. Look badass! I just saw this post today or I would've replied long ago, lol.

Try using Steams 'Verify Game Cache Integrity' under the properties of the game.

are you asking for a general photo of a real life one, or one thats in a game other than gta?

The author can be a bit of a dick sometimes, but most of the callouts are fun and have variety.

I'm not too sure what the real-life punishments would be, but what I do know it would include a lot more paperwork. I try not to put too much emphasis on realism when playing LSPDFR. I usually fine for most offenses. If it's severe it's an arrest.
State of San Andreas is pretty corrupt as is. 

They're not "wrong" from the get go, these updates are for their regularly maintained GTA Online.
I would recommend you take your rantings elsewhere. Closing as this topic serves no purpose other than to rekindle the constant stupid "omg fuck rockstar" comments. Which we're all fed up of seeing.

People have made a CVPI Sound And Charger Sound so i hope somebody makes a Explorer sound because when i get Speeders in a CHP Explorer i want to flore it!

Easiest thing to do is make 2 directories. One for offline and online play.

Another update which I didn't notice and It caught me out too. I can't really seem to find why though.

Is the game crashing, or is it just not doing anything when you try to go on duty/force duty?
