The closest I'll get to a 'release date' is already in the post lol 

Some new event ideas:

- How about domestic disputes gone bad - one family member holding other one hostage - you can use the apartment/house locations used in the campaign, same as with Trevor's meth lab, right?

- I already mentioned weapon trafficking raids earlier. For example, 2 gangs exchanging goods in the harbor, some hangar or some other place? This could be a citizen's call or an organized police/FIB raid.

- Mob/gang shootouts - for example, car pulls over next to a bar and guys start shooting at other gang/mob members inside. Or simply couple of cars stopping somewhere and shooting at each other and the police? This could be a random event.

- VIP escort - this could be low, medium or high priority. High being the one most likely to go wrong. This could be some politician, important witness or a VIP prisoner.

 

And it would be great to give us the possibility to turn on/off each individual call or random event in your mod's .ini file. If possible, of course.

Ability to toggle off and to change the frequency is included - you know me from Traffic Policer, right? :p

I will take your ideas on board. I'm rather busy at the moment with getting the current stuff done and more importantly my exams, so I don't know if and when these ideas will be started on. 

VIP transport specifically had been on Traffic Policer's list for a while. I may move that to Assorted Callouts, I'll have to see. There's a good chance of it appearing in one of them,though.

One thing I heave learned which I am sure you did too Albo.  It doesn't matter how clear you are in your Post, you will STILL have guys ask the obvious.  Not sure if its a language issue or pure laziness man.

Believe it or not, I've installed Traffic Policer few minutes after posting my suggestions. :) I'm kind of new to this community. I used to play LCPDFR in late 2014, but only for a few months. And now, in 2015, few months ago, I stumbled upon Jeff Favignano's channel and saw that police mod is alive and kicking on GTA 5. I came here right away and I'm playing it since. :) Still have some stuff to figure out and some mods to install so I might recommend something that is already existing and I'm not aware of yet. Like mod mechanics or some idea that is already out there in some of the existing mods.

Anyway, I'm glad that you will take my ideas into consideration. :) Take your time, you are doing an amazing work for this community and nobody, especially me, won't blame you if some of our ideas won't be in the game right away or if they won't be in the game at all.

When I get my hands on first live version of assorted callouts, I won't be playing anything else for some time anyway. :D

I like some of these ideas.  The VIP escort you can roleplay really nice with that one.  Good suggestion.

One thing I have learned about Albo is that he reads all suggestions and takes them into consideration and will indeed try to implement it if its possible.  When he first started off, we were firing all kinds of ideas to him and it would take him sometimes like 2 days and it would be there.  Amazing mind he has.  Sam should recruit him onto the LSPDFR team no joke.

Well, I personally would like to see some mods included in the LSPDFR core. Albo's mods are some of them. :)

Probably the latter in 90% of the cases. The other day, I got a comment on my installation video why it was showing up and where he could find the installation instructions...His own English was good, though 

Another idea: Armed robbery of armored vehicle delivering money. Is there such a thing yet? Also, armored van's crew could resist the attackers to make it more interesting. :)

I've already mentioned it to Albo, but what do everyone else think of a less "intense" callout to reports of a pedestrian walking or cycling along the highway? Or to someone distracting drivers, maybe with a sign or a flare or something?

That would be pretty  nice.   The Riot doesn't always have to be armed civilians, you can have like 15 civilians with picket signs and some are violent.  It would take some finesse with the modder. Because I can see it getting out of hand really fast, have officers roll up and start killing everyone.  I think it would be kinda cool to have the Fire Dept. show with water hoses and tear gas from some swat etc.  and some get tazed and perhaps one may get killed because he has a weapon, but have several either flee or get arrested and put into transport units.   Now that would be some call out.
