OpenIV can do this on occasion.   Drag the downloaded folder from Zip/Rar File to desktop first.  Then drag to OpenIV.

Typically most crash reports have the info towards the bottom of the Rage log, not all the time, but the majority of the time.

I am just responding to a (almost) deleted post. Nothing to see here.

Not a great fix that I have found.  I just see a lot of weird things that happen when Menyoo is installed and that is without me pressing the F5 key to activate it.  Patrol vehicles abandoned in the middle of the street, bald peds standing on cars,  empty AI vehicles on road ways for no reason and yes occasionally a full steady burn of ELS vehicles.  Have not found a fix myself and wish they could fix this issue.  I also use the Menyoo for Spooner mode but just had to finally bite the bullet and uninstall it. 

Update your LSPDFR and Ragehook.  You are running on an older version  also looks like an older version of GTA
