Everyone's friends with LT Cain & everybody can make car models i feel the lcpdfr community is rigged it seems everyone who as a good high population youtube channels is only allowed (PRIVATE MODIFICATIONS) and i think it's unfair for the other's who want to test this modification it be understanding if bxbugs was, or is a part of the development team on ELS. from my point of view i think it's completely unfair to the other members of lcpdfr community.

 

I do however, thank LT,cain for his wonderful modification and his hard work he as put into it.

Pretty sure the reason it's taking a while is because Lt.Caine is rebuilding a lot of it to work better and do more, so it's not like it's a copy paste from GTA IV to V.

Well it's been a long time, at least by my reckoning because I'm an impatient son of a bitch, but yeah. Waiting will yield better results but it just looks so good.

Lt.Caine is a perfectionist, he doesn't want to release his mods to the general public, especially big ones like this without making sure they work great. Ask him why he's only allowing a small focus group of testers because I can only assume it's because he'll get better feedback from people he knows.

yes unfortunately that is the truth and the sad apart about this community nobody wants to help each other , your either in or your out and the reason why there isnt more awesome stuff for this community is because the majority of this community is on the out , most of the car authors here get left overs , and i dont see it getting anybetter only worse 

Dial it down a bit, gentlemen. There is no favoritism agenda happening here. He has selected himself a team in which he can place his highest confidence and abilities to yield the results that he aims for. He chose to have the sharpest tools in the shack to get the job done efficiently, a clean cut. Bxbugs is a talented, veteran 3-d modeler who have been part of the GTA modding scene for many years, in which he has faced many problems with solutions than your average modeler on this website. He understands the limitation of modeling, and so his expertise helps Lt.Caine to design a program that won't be met with resistance.

So cut out the favoritism gossiping, folks.

Thank you for that, Gravel, people in here are definitely getting a little mean-spirited unfortunately.

To be honest, I just think it is 'eagerness', people becoming inpatient. I don't care who is on the testing team IMO, I just want it to be well made to a good standard.

We've not got enough ambulances or fire trucks for the game, let alone police vehicle REPLACEMENTS for some slots, and when this comes out, it'll be just like GTA IV - 90% ELS, 10% Non-ELS. All I want to do right now is play a modded story - I don't really want to play LSPD:FR.

Let's just say there's a reason why, in GTA IV, most cars were for ELS.

Nobodys stopping you from doing so, all the police cars on LSPDFR are non-els. And having ELS installed doesn't stop you from playing the story

 I must digress - installing ELS V8 was a pain - it was hard to install and understand, and it crashed my game.

So I'm pulling a Lundy - I'm for default lighting vehicles.
