The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So I was on a night patrol last night and got to wondering is there no way to call EMS without using the phone? I was just interested to know if g17 planned on bringing back Ems or if someone else had this in the works for a mod

    EMS might make a return, i don't see a reason why they won't. except the part where they kill everyone else while responding. but the ambulances in GTA V are more.. calm.. then they were in IV, So who knows what will happen =)

    On the other hand, IV's paramedics would occasionally save someone. V's paramedics don't.

    Wow, you think that could be done? Will they have to literally bring peds back from the dead, or peds will suffer longer so EMS could make it in time, if that's OK to ask?

    Aren't paramedics a little pointless in V? seeing as people die when shot in the foot or leg, unlike IV where they'd just lie injured (and able to be treated).

    Well, the peds aren't gone! They're good actors. We're in Vinewood, dude. Everything is fake. But you'll see. When Sam's Ambulance Service will arrive, they'll be on their feet very quick!

    At least we can get EMS in the future, my coroner boys are getting overworked and the body count must be filling up the morgue...

    The autopsy reports must look rather weird. "Uuumh, cause of death is being hit in the face".
