I think what Rockstar should do with mods on multiplayer is you know when you go online you send list of installed mods to rockstar.. So what they should do is if you have mods installed you are send to cheaters pool type special lobby where you cant get any rp or money. That would prevent a lot of hacking and cheating, and still people could use mods online

Yea, last I heard they aren't developing much at the moment cause of R* constant patching resetting their work.
