Why can i not play LSPDFR with free version in gta 5

G17 does not support Piracy and never will. If you want to play LSPDFR, please buy the game. If by "free version" you mean something other than a pirated copy, then please consult the support thread. G17 cannot, or will not, help you if you have an illegal copy of the game.

agreed. i played for hours on end lately and i've had maybe 1, 2 minor crashes and they weren't even necessarily related to lspdfr. feels surprisingly nice to close down GTA (and lspdfr/lcpdfr) out of your own merit, rather than experiencing crashes every 15 minutes and giving up on it before you really got to enjoy yourself, lol. definitely looking forward to what's in development from g17, Finkone too.

i'm also curious about whether anyone will be able to adjust npc behaviour to a point where there won't be all out mayhem as soon as the guns come out. as is i feel like i really have to make sure my back's against solid cover as to not get pummeled by a barrage of cars.

Even if your back is against a wall you'd still get hit. You have to make sure you safely in a helicopter or something, and even then you're never safe from the AI...

The real AI problem so far is that your average ped, when faced with either a gunfight or a crazy pursuit, will either run people down and cause chaos while trying to escape, or themselves pull out a gun and join in the shooting, making a single suspect with a gun turn into a Payday-style shootout (especially in the gang areas). Are there any plans to modify ped behavior so this won't happen in future versions?

Them pulling out guns isn't really a problem since that happened in GTA IV as well. The issue I have is that civilian NPC's trying to escape always seem to drive directly at ME. Also often during a pursuit traffic also has a tendency to either stop directly in front of me or try to ram me off the road, fellow police officers seem to be the worst offenders.

 So, write a short plugin to give ammo, and execute it with the console

I was curious how difficult it would be to create an ammo script.

Been loving what's been done so far. Can't wait until everything is smoothed out in the next few versions. Currently the content gets a bit stale as there are only so many call-outs. Traffic stops are a tad limited and a little buggy with the targeting of vehicles. Suspects are stuck in animation loops while running away occasionally. I'm sure the team is well aware of the problem, and I can't wait to see what they come up with next! Great job G17!

You know - I had the very same issue... the solution - for me - was as simple as running Ragehook as admin.

Great WOrk , You the best, mod did not crash not once, runing great, auto loading etc works fine .        Cheers.

Overnight it just stopped working, can't even load the command line for RAGE Plugin Hook, wondering if anyone else has similar issues?
