It depends I have the cd version and had nothing but trouble in the begining until I found out that what ever is in the gta folder must be in the openiv folder I can start the rage hook exe but when in game and I press F4 nothing happens

I wonder how the pursuit AI would act.

I've just played the Police Mod by Dehan. The pursuits are okay. They are "only okay" because the backup drives like absolute assholes. When you are the first unit, they ram you and cause you to spin. The other backup units that are following don't even notice that you're in the middle of the raod, so some of them drive straight into you. Or when they are faster than you AND notice that you ARE there, they overtake and then.. ram you out of their way. <.< 

So will LSPDFR's pursuit AI actually "see" you as an assisting unit? It would be awesome when some of the pursuing units were behind you, and some in front of you and all driving properly.

I don't think we need to use ragehook.exe to run lspdfr. I did that and now it's popping up a CD key verification pop up and it keeps saying error everytime I try to verify.

​Hm. I just put all the files from RagePluginHook into the game directory, unblocked every single DLL file (+ the .exe) through Properties and then launched the game using the RagePluginHook.exe. Then you have to log into Social Club as normal and the game starts as usual.

​I think Sam choose to use ragehook because is better than scripthook, no more things.

Has anyone been able to successfully install the required Rage hook and have it running ok whilst having mod manager installed? I was wondering how LSPDFR and Rage hook will work with Mod Manager. Will it be a case of simply putting all files into you main GTA Directory(Modded folder) like normal? and then launching LSPDFR using Mod Manager like most other mods? Just something for you to think about....kill a little more time before the official orgasmic launch...many thanks

Yeah well I have to admit, the Devs did a great job of teasing people about this. If they don't want the forums getting "burned down" or people breaking their keyboards, don't release updates that say "almost imminent" and such and then don't do anything and hide in a hole. At least update the banner up top.
