Should see if R* will let you guys borrow some of the extra bandwidth they'll have come Friday since the servers are gonna be empty lol. But seriously I wonder the impact this release will have on GTA online traffic this weekend.

This weekend is going to be EPIC!!!! I hope I can download it when it is out! So HYPE right now!

Seeing as the modding community is a very small portion of the GTA community I don't think there will be an impact at all. I'm sure a good bit of the modding community will be on this for a while, though.

What countdown? 

I have a basic question and it's more of a curiosity thing but how do we know when we pull over a suspect that they have warrents out? do we have the ability to check there names with dispatch or through a MDC computer?
